Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer retention, enhance product adoption, and build long-term relationships with our clients. This role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, minimizing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
As a CSM, you will act as a strategic partner for our customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximize the value of our solutions. You will proactively engage with customers, provide guidance on best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and maximizing product value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing risks to minimize churn.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions, ensuring seamless product adoption.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the Product team for improvements.
- Ensure all customer interactions and progress are tracked in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that supports customer engagement.
What We’re Looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations, preferably in SaaS or tech-enabled solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers while ensuring high retention.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in US shifts to align with client time zones.
