Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. As an SDR, you will work closely with Account Executives, conducting research and prospecting to ensure a steady flow of potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls,
- LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Research target accounts to understand their needs and identify key
- decision-makers.
Nurture prospects by providing valuable insights and solutions tailored to their - challenges.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified
- leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to
- track interactions and progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Effectively manage and overcome objections to build trust and establish
- relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on
- active listening and persuasive messaging.
What We’re Looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in outbound lead
- generation and cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and incentive or rewards programs is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
