Our Story

The SaaS sector in India continues to attract investment and grow as organizations go digital. With it grows the demand for employees skilled in the sector. Identifying this trend, the co-founders at Zohort decided to invest in overcoming one of the major challenges companies face in this industry — sales training and onboarding. Salespersons in the software industry undergo rigorous training to understand the product, the system, and master the technologies used by the company which costs the companies time and money while the candidates lose opportunities. Zohort’s ambition is to transform the software sales space by introducing an effective solution to this challenge. Zohort has designed a comprehensive program that equips the candidates with every skill required to be a successful SDR from lead generation to closing a deal. Zohort’s program enables candidates from various backgrounds in realizing their potential and helps companies build successful SDR teams without the hassle of a cumbersome training process.

Rahul has 13+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS and consulting. He has helped build various marketing & SDR teams across organisations like Haptik, Ameyo, Kochartech and more. He oversees the firm’s business operations including sales, marketing and business development.

Richa has 11+ years of total work experience building the marketing function and teams across organisations like Edelman, Hubert Burda Media, and more. She had previously founded KalaChowk. She oversees the firm’s business operations including GTM, marketing, business development, and communications.
Kartik

Kartik Poddar

Advisor
Kartik has 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS. He has led revenue and GTM teams at Haptik, Microsoft, Komli Media and had previously founded Fropcorn. He was responsible for leading Haptik's pivot to a B2B SaaS company and also led their expansion in international markets. Kartik looks after the entire program structure and partnerships at Zohort. He is based in Mumbai.
